SUMMARY:Lizard Walks: Poldhu and Mullion Cove
DESCRIPTION:This walk is organised by Lizard National Trust. \n\n\n\nStarting at Poldhu and heading to Mullion Cove\, this circular walk will take in countryside and far-reaching views out to sea.  \n\n\n\nThis walk is approximately 3.5 miles long and will take around 3- 3.5 hours. The walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and offer the opportunity for anybody to spend time in nature and meet new people. Everyone is welcome\, of all abilities and experience\, and the walk leader will facilitate the walk to ensure everybody feels comfortable. \n\n\n\nMeet at Poldhu car park – What 3 words: ///fruity.ooze.outfitter Postcode: TR12 7JB. DESCRIPTION:This photography exhibition is hosted by the National Trust at Penrose. \n\n\n\nOn a single day in summer\, one acre of wildflower meadow can contain 3 million flowers\, producing 1kg of nectar sugar. That’s enough to support nearly 96\,000 honeybees per day.  \n\n\n\n97% of species-rich grassland has been lost in the UK since the 1930s\, with the remaining 3% mostly fragmented across the country\, leaving little room for wildlife to spread.  \n\n\n\nExplore how the National Trust and partners are tackling these issues\, through the Coastal Meadows project and the Lizard Rarities Project\, in this photography exhibition.
