Butterfly Field Trip to Goonhilly Downs

This event is organised by the Cornwall Branch of Butterfly Conservation (CBC) in partnership with The Lizard’s Natural England (NE) team.

Goonhilly Downs house a significant number of rarer butterflies including Marsh Fritillary, Grayling, Silver-studded Blue, Small Heath and Small Pearl-bordered Fritillary. The NE team will lead us to a location in Central Goonhilly where Marsh Fritillary were recorded last year.
