Claire Mucklow – Cornwall Chough Project Manager
Claire is a north Cornwall girl, and has worked for the RSPB since 1999; from 2001, when choughs returned to Cornwall she has managed the Cornwall Chough Project. As well as monitoring the increasing population, nest protection and advocacy work for the project, a major element of Claire’s role is working with and advising landowners around Cornwall’s coast to promote wildlife friendly habitat management including the drawing up of Environmental Stewardship applications.
